Borinquen Property Management was founded on a simple idea: owning property on the island should be a source of income and pride, not stress.
Our story
We started Borinquen Property Management after seeing too many Puerto Rico property owners — especially those living stateside — struggle to find reliable, professional care for their homes and rentals. Missed repairs. Unanswered calls. Statements that raised more questions than they answered.
We built the company we would want managing our own properties: an island-based team with professional systems, vetted local contractors and communication you can count on, in English and Spanish.
Today we serve homeowners, vacation rental investors and commercial property owners across the island — and we measure our success by one thing: owners who never have to worry.
